: Hello, I have a story to tell…… my life ended on September 26, 2011 when my wife passed away with brain cancer glioblastoma multi-for brain cancer grade 4.
My wife only lasted five weeks after being diagnosed.
You see I met Debbie (my wife) when she was eight years old and I was 11 years old. We were married at the age of 14 and 17 and lived very happy together.
We had two sons, we were married for 38 years five months in 19 days. Before she passed she told my son that he needed to write our story, but of course he couldn't write her story because you see he wasn't around when we first met.
So after she passed away I had her cremated like she wished. I was on a plane taking her ashes to Ireland because she is Irish and she loved Ireland very much.
While I was on the plane I started writing and all of these memories came back to me when we first met so I started writing and 2 1/2 years later I had written this manuscript.
I was just going to keep it for the family so they would know mine and Debbie's story.
We had a home in Arizona and I don't get out to Arizona as often as I wanted to after she passed away, so I had gone to Arizona to meet with the real estate lady and I was telling her my story with Debbie and she said that she had a daughter in Clearfield Utah that was an editor and publisher and she wanted me to send my manuscript to her.
After she had read my manuscript ( Jessica Flank), she said that this story needs to be told, I need to get this story out for everybody to read.
So within two months we had edited and published and it was published on my birthday December 9 2013. I'm not in it for the money. I give my books away to everybody that I see and meet. I just would like my story to get out to more people so they can really read a true love story that comes from my heart.
I'm not a writer, and I never claimed to be a writer, but this is a story that needs to get out for everyone to hear.
I would really appreciate it if you would take the time and read my book and it's called My Life with Debbie: A True Love Story. It is published and it's on Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble and Kindle.
Please take the time and read my story and let me know what you think.
