Streets of India | Need Documentary Idea

I'm a student and we have to make a documentary on the streets of our city... so for that we have to select an area to explore.. eg: one of my classmates has selected the topic of love birds in the city, its about couples exposing/showing off their love in kisses everywhere.

So I wanted to go for some eye-opener but can't think of one. I thought about child labour.. Any other suggestions please?

Rubbish is a huge problem globally. How does India deal with waste and how are landfill items being repurposed? How resourceful are farmers? We'd love to know. Thanks and good luck

Find some street food vendors, or focus on one interesting person who sells food on the streets of India ...preferably someone who is an amazing cook. Ask around, locals will know where they are. Follow their activities from waking in the morning, to going to work, setting up, cooking, dealing with people, interviews, going home, family life, adversities faced, etc. ...interspersed with some amazing footage of street scenes in India.

I think a documentary about love birds is a good idea. You can also include AIDS awareness in that. I'm not sure what you are going to show in child labour. Also I think that another good topic for a documentary would be that of transportation in the city which has become a huge problem.
