I'm looking for someone to create a documentary about the family law system. I come more specifically from Ontario Canada but in my research I see that our system is not much different than many in the way fathers are treated. The starting point for the documentary would centre around the verdict given at a recent trial in Barrie, Ontario, Canada. The mother was charged with murdering her two daughters and the judge chose to close by pointing the finger at the grieving father basing his views on allegations with not one stitch of proof.

This is very symbolic of the way our system works. A mother makes any accusations she desires and these are taken as truth. It is up to the father to do his best to fight back even though our justice system is suppose to operate based on proof and fact. The lawyers and courts make a ridiculous amount of money based on these battles. In the meantime our children are withheld the benefit of two loving parents.
Another excellent resource for the documentary would be a recent book released by Molly Murphy entitled
Winner Take All: A Woman Exposes the Violation of Men's Rights at the Hands of Family Law - http://www.changefamilylaw.com/
I've had the opportunity to meet her and it was truly eye opening. I've lived through these violations and met a lot of men who have suffered as well. I would be more than happy to discuss this more if given the opportunity.
